Signing in without a password

How email codes work, and how to use your account on another device.

We don't use passwords. Enter your email address and we send you a 6-digit code and a one-tap link. Use either one: they work once and expire after 15 minutes.

Didn't get the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from us.
• Make sure the address is spelled correctly.
• Wait a minute and ask for a new code. You can ask for a few codes an hour.

Other devices

Sign in with the same email on your phone, tablet or another computer. Your plan, codes and stats follow your account. To sign out every device at once, open Settings in the dashboard and choose Sign out on every device.
