Use invite links for private groups
Paste a private group's invite link instead of a name. Set it to never expire.

Can I link to a phone number?
Yes. Type the number with a + and country code. It opens a chat only if that person allows others to find them by number.
Does it work without the Telegram app?
The link opens Telegram's web page, which offers to open or install the app.
