Questions about the program

Affiliate program

Who can join?

Anyone with a free account: creators, agencies, consultants, developers and happy customers. There's no audience minimum and nothing to pay.

How do I get my link?

Sign in and open Referrals in your dashboard. Your personal link is at the top, ready to copy and share.

How long does a referral last?

People who open your link and create an account within 60 days count as your referral. You then earn on what they pay in their first 12 months.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are held for 90 days in case of a refund or card dispute, then approved. Ask for a payout to your PayPal account from the Referrals page and we pay within 5 business days.

Do you use cookies?

No. The link is remembered in your visitor's browser storage until they sign up, and we only count visits as a number.

Can I refer myself?

No. Purchases by your own accounts, or by the same payment customer, don't earn a commission.

Affiliate program terms

Joining

The program is open to anyone with an account who agrees to these terms. You can stop at any time by no longer sharing your link, or delete your account in Privacy & data.

Who counts as your referral

A referral is a new account created by someone who opened your referral link in the 60 days before signing up. If they opened several people's links, the last one counts. Existing accounts can't become referrals.

Commission

You earn the commission rate shown on this page on payments made by workspaces your referral creates, for 12 months from the day they signed up. The rate is applied to the amount paid, before Stripe fees but excluding taxes. Rates may change for future referrals; referrals you already have keep the rate they started with.

Holding period and refunds

Each commission is held for 90 days. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled. If that happens after it was paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Payouts

Payouts are made to your PayPal account once your approved balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard. We aim to pay within 5 business days of your request. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings; we may ask for tax details before paying.

Not allowed

  • Referring yourself, your own other accounts or people in your own organisation who would have bought anyway.
  • Bidding on our brand name or its misspellings in search ads.
  • Spam: unsolicited email, messages, comments or posts.
  • Misleading claims about the product, prices or discounts, or pretending to be us.
  • Cookie stuffing, bots, click farms, incentivised sign-ups or anything that fakes visits or accounts.
  • Coupon or deal sites, unless we agreed in writing.

Ending the program or your participation

We may suspend or end your participation, and cancel unpaid commissions, if you break these terms or act in bad faith. We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; approved commissions earned before then will be paid.
