Where do the answers go?
To the Responses section of your dashboard, where you can filter, export to CSV and delete them. You can also get an email for each new answer.
Is this allowed by Google?
Everyone gets the same feedback form; only the thank-you screen differs. Never offer rewards for reviews, and check Google's current review policies for your business.
