If Pro isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Please include the email address you paid with.

Monthly renewals

Renewal payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. When we refund a monthly plan we also cancel the subscription. Pro switches off within a few hours of the refund, and dynamic codes pause after the 14-day grace period.
