Use your own domain for short links
Put your brand on every dynamic code and short link.
On the Business plan, short links and dynamic codes can use your own address, like go.yourbrand.com/menu, instead of ours. People trust a code more when they recognise the address.
- Open Domains in the dashboard and enter a subdomain you own, such as go.yourbrand.com.
- Add the DNS record we show you at your domain provider.
- Wait until the domain shows as active. This usually takes a few minutes, sometimes up to a day.
- Choose the domain when you create or edit a code or link.
Tip: Use a subdomain you don't use for anything else. Codes printed with your domain keep working as long as the DNS record stays in place.
